Potential New Movement & Fitness Group
Two left feet? Creaky knees? A bit wobbly? All abilities will be welcome in my new group: “Feel Good Moves to Music”. If you want more movement in your life, this is the place for you. It doesn’t have to look good, it just has to feel good!
Following the Nia Technique, I will guide you with simple non-impact dance steps and gentle moves for the whole body, combining various dance arts, martial arts and mindful practices. You remain in charge of your level of intensity and range of movement throughout, and seated participation is possible. It’s all highly adaptable to individual circumstances, and the most important thing is that you move in ways that feel good to you.
For details about the style of class, see www.niaondemand.com, or give me a call.
If this group goes ahead, it is most likely to be held in a church hall in Surbiton, on a Tuesday or Wednesday daytime. The cost of venue hire will be shared between the participants.
